Visitors to the Site

Applicants to IFAVH Programmes

By way of example, when applying to a Programme, you may be asked to provide:

In addition to information collected through the Site, we may obtain further personal information from you during IFAVH-hosted events (whether virtual or in person), through video conference calls, or via other forms of correspondence with you.

Visitors to the Site

Maintaining, administering, and improving the functionality and performance of the Site;

Applicants to Programmes

Manage and administer the Programmes;
Respond to queries, requests, or complaints; and

Where necessary for the performance of contractual obligations with Applicants accepted into the Programmes;

Marketing
IFAVH may provide you with information regarding our organisation, the Programmes, and other initiatives which may be of interest to you. Unless you have opted out, such information may be sent to you via email.
If you have previously expressed interest in IFAVH or the Programmes, you may receive such communications; however, each marketing communication will include an option to unsubscribe.
IFAVH will not share your personal information with external organisations for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

To verify or enforce applicable Terms of Use or policies;

To protect the rights, property, or safety of IFAVH, its affiliates, partners, or the public.

International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be processed outside the country in which you are located, including by IFAVH, its affiliates, and authorised third parties.
